So I looked this up after the podcast, and the Jennifer Aniston movie is just called "The Baster", but the rest of my description is accurate. I guess the article I read about it was making a joke calling it "Master Baster". It also stars Jason Bateman. The IMDB link is below.

Ok, so am I the only one who could think of a fifth villain role for Alan Rickman? Come on, people, Judge Turpin from Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street! And not only is he a despicable villain in said movie, but he's also got a great singing voice.
