As a huge fan of Tool (I think we have established that pretty well), I feel compelled to point out that Maynard James Keenan, the singer for Tool, makes a cameo appearance in Crank 2 as one of the 2 dog walkers. He's the geeky looking dog walker who's pressing the button on the remote control for the electric collar.

And on the topic of singers, Chester Bennington of Linkin Park makes a cameo in both Crank and Crank 2.

I just saw Transporter 2 on TV. Jason Statham does one thing very well: beating people up. And he does it very well. A lot of the stunts reminded me of Jackie Chan; especially the part in the garage with the fire hose.

I suppose that as long as he doesn't have to speak, or act, and he can just do stunts he'a a good actor. Other than that...well...

Since this came up once again, let me just say that the reason I thought Stallone directed Rocky was because he directed 2, 3, 4, and Rocky Balboa (He didn't direct 5). I just assumed he directed all of them. He did write all of them however.

I'd totally watch a Captain Britain movie. Don't know that Statham would be good for Braddock though...

The Ultimates universe had the European Defense Initiative that was mentioned: Captain Britain, Captain Italy, Captain France, Captain Spain...

And on a totally different tangent, there's the Captain Britain Corps: Captain Britain, Captain Britannia, Cap'n Brit, Captain Commonwealth, Captain Empire, Captain England, Captain Granbretan, Captain Prydain, Captain Wales, Hauptmann Englande, Kaptain Briton, Yeoman U.K. and tons of others. Although lots of these may have been killed in the fight between Roma and Merlin.
