Tomorrow the pins arrive!
If you've already been contacted and replied with your address, I'm hoping to ship them out next week. (I just hope the pins turn out ok, really)
Now it's a matter of how we distribute the chase pins this summer. Only 50 of the chase pins for the first wave. Wave 2 to be created in winter for upcoming Wondercon and possibly spring cons like Acen and Fanime. What will they be like?
- "I <3 Garignak"?
- "Ahmmmm Wulverine!!"?
- "You and your touching games."?
- "Never touch the table."?
- "Nerd points down."?
- "Fear level rising."?
I vote for 2, 3, 5 and 6.
My order of preference is 6, 5, 1, 4, 3 and finally 2
I like the "You and your touching games." one. I would buy it too
You have to have the sound effect on the nerd points pin. "Beooooooowp"
That would make a great shirt.
Front: Nerd Points Down
Back: Picture of Obi-Wan powering down the Death Star Tractor Beam "Beooooowp"
Or possibly one of those LED shirts with a meter that goes down.
You should make some arrangements to fly over and visit some conventions on the East Coast!
I wouldn't mind picking up a few of these pins. I personally like 5 and 3 the most.
The only person visiting an East Coast con this year is me. And the con is Otakon. I'm still trying to figure out a place to distro pins or maybe I'll just wander and be identified by the pin.
Otakon? That is so far north. I am never going to be able to get any of these.
I don't know anyone who has announced going to Otakon (on Wiki) this year, but I might consider making that 2hour drive to MD now.
It might be a bit hard to get a table with just one person, so maybe wandering around is your best bet?
Or maybe we could just put in mail orders, and massively send out amounts of pins.
Do you think you could mail one to Florida?
Did you leave a review on iTunes before? We're mailing those ones.
Yes, I did leave a review and a 5 star rating
3,4, and 6 sound awesome. Just to kind of confuse people, like when someone say's "My Touching Games".
I vote for a variation of numbah one: "Fake Garignak"
