This week we quickly review Transformers 2, take some time to discuss our Top 5 Michael Jackson songs, and then head straight to the mailbag. It's a romp, I say!
Also check out the trailer for a new web series being created by one of our listeners: Lumina
Intro Music: Don't Stop 'Till You Get Enough by Michael Jackson
Outro Music: Dirty Diana by Michael Jackson

First off, to correct my shoutout, Warped Tour is a tour that goes around the entire US, not just the West Coast. I knew that even before the podcast, so I don't know why I said that.
And secondly, I forgot to tell my middle school/Transformers 2 tie in, so here it is. Because of the wonders of Facebook, I've been able to reconnect with some old classmates of mine from my past. And because of that, I've been able to find out what some of my middle school classmates are up to now which is how I found out a former classmate of mine, Brian Paik, is now a creature technical director for ILM. You can search for him on IMDB to see what other movies he's worked on, but among them are both Transformers movies. He even has a picture of himself with Michael Bay at the Transformers 2 Wrap Party.
So that was kind of cool. Someone I know worked on the movie, even if it wasn't particularly great, it's still a cool thing to say you were a part of. And then one day I see Brian wrote a post on another middle school classmate's wall saying, "Hey, just saw Josh's name in the credits, Congrats!" I won't mention her name (although I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to figure out). That made me a bit curious, so I looked further into it and since I was also friends with her on Facebook, I found out he was talking about her husband, Josh Nizzi. Josh Nizzi is apparently a graphic designer and does designs for games, comics, and movies. He's done cover art for a lot of the Transformers comics that tie into the movies. He was also the one who made the concept drawing for the Decepticon, Long Haul, in Transformers 2.
So if you disliked the film, feel free to blame my middle school.
It was Vincent Price not Bela Lugosi in Thriller you all get nerd points down!
Also if Kevin has not had Pepsi Throwback by Otakon let me know we have plenty in the Land Of The Mitten (Michigan) I will truck one down next week.

Nerd Points me up!
Omg Mittenland! Do you live on the thumb?
Sadly no, I live below it somewhere between Ann Arbor and Detroit.
No one I meet from the Mitten is ever from the thumb, which is why I always ask.
Is it sparsely populated over there or something?
Kind of, theirs nothing to do there. I've been there and I wouldn't want to go back.
i think it needs to be said about the trailer for Lumina, 3 words; Kamen Ride RUYKI!
I just read the Wiki about Kamen Rider ! LUMINA is probably more demented Alice in Wonderland than Kamen Rider, but I like all their outfits.
look up kamen rider ryuki and you'll understand why i said RYUKI!
Hey just wanted to tell you guys that the new monkey island game was released. Thought that I would mention it since you guys talked about it recently in one of your stuff podcasts. Its really fun and brings back good memories of the old Lucasarts games. I really like the Telltale company for bringing back all these games. Hopefully they bring back Full Throttle too. That would be awesome.
Thanks for the shout out about LUMINA! And if you do an all-women show with Dom/Dominique, post a pic or it didn't happen!
JERKSTORE?!
WHERE THE HECK DID THAT COME FROM?!
Hahaha....
And there's 100% more redwood man, here...
I suppose there's a reason now why you keep shouting redwood man...Don't make me hunt down woodman and shoot WOOD from the WOOD DIMENSION!
"Might Oak of REBELLION!"
LOL Redwood Man and his sidekicks: Mighty Oak of Rebellion, Savage Sycamore, Sequoia Smasher, and Pine Pulverizer.
I actually pictured that RedwoodMan has a tiny pet/sidekick named Fearless Fern. What about his enemies like Chainsaw Charlie and Bulldozer 'Dozer' Bob?
HAHAHA I love it. Don't forget Greenhouse Gary.
