The S-Words brings in some fresh blood for a discussion about giant robots. Dom, Danny, Bryce, and Pocky discuss everything that makes the mecha genre so super, and why we're still watching and loving it after decades of watching robots beat each other up. We may not talk about every robot made since 1972, but it sure wasn't for trying!
Intro Music: Active Heart - Noriko Sakai
Outro Music: Gekiganger V - Isao Sasaki
OH YEAH! I've been waiting for this for SO long. Haven't even downloaded it yet but just had to post
I think I speak for all super robot fans when I say we want to see this video of Mike getting hit with Shining Finger at Anime Expo.
Would Inspector Gadget be technically considered a Super Robot? He yells out his attacks and he was not mass produced.
Wasn't Hung supposed to be on this? 0_o
"Who's Hung?"
Are you Hung?
Nope. But I know someone who is!
lets face it Swords, you really really just want to talk about Gundam
And Eureka 7. That one was important to talk about too. Though, the could do an episode on just that called Skyfish
And Evangelion (just for the robots). After a while that stuff made no sense.
They already did the Eva episode though. A Gundam Episode would be interesting though.
Into danger Gekiganger!
Wow....just wow.
It's always comedy gold when Dom and Mike get in a discussion about something that they LOVE~~♥♥♥♥♥
Totally enjoyed this one. I'm surprised you guys didn't bring up the Another Century's Episode games. I'm pretty sure you guys have played them right?
Also, would you consider Jehuty from Zone of the Enders to be a super robot?
As a super robot (Well, sort of) I feel somewhat insulted for not being included in this. Well, okay, not really insulted, more annoyed.
Hey Dom.
Mike Sounders.
He plays the Golden Gate Bridge Like a Harp.
Awesome, Y/N?
